When will I get my speakers?

All of the speakers we sell are hand built in the USA. We try to keep stock of all of our Classic Line in both colors and impedances, but sometimes we run short. If that happens, we will do our best to get the speakers to you in five to seven days. Orders placed after noon (12:00 pm PST) will not ship on the same day; please plan accordingly.

The Reference line is built on an "as ordered" basis. They will be built when ordered and paid for. Usually we get them built and shipped within a week. Please allow two weeks from ordering to get them into your hands; if you are in a hurry, we can expedite the shipping for an up-charge.

How To Track by E-mail
You can track up to 25 UPS shipments at a time by sending your tracking numbers in an e-mail message. Follow these steps to have a detailed tracking response automatically returned to you:

  1. Open your e-mail client and create an e-mail message addressed to totaltrack@ups.com.
  2. If you are tracking a single tracking number, enter it as the subject line or within the body of the e-mail message. To track multiple shipments by e-mail, you can enter up to 25 UPS tracking numbers in the body of an e-mail message. There is no need to create a subject for the message.
  3. Send the message.
