ORDER PROCESSING:
We do our best to build and ship your speaker within 2 weeks.  We do often have backorders due to our limited prodcution availability.  Estimated product ship dates beyond 2 weeks are shown on the product page.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Becasue each speaker is built to to order, we do not offer refunds.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at dcgold@dcgold.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
